Engineering Approach
Process simulation of the test separator was carried out across maximum and minimum flow cases, with sensitivity runs against worst-case GOR and water-cut to confirm sizing margins under the full envelope of expected wells.
The three-phase test separator was sized to API 12J. The gas combustion and flare package was defined against the client’s design basis, and process datasheets were prepared for the separator, metering skid, and flare package within the tender deadline.
