Enquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting the contact form, exchanging emails, or holding an introductory conversation does not create a contract, an engineering engagement, or a duty of care. Professional services are provided only under a written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, and terms. Until an NDA is in place, please do not send confidential technical information.

Client names appear only where publicly disclosable; project descriptions are generalised to protect confidential information.
