FEEC Software

Emissions Accounting,
Engineered for Oil & Gas.

EmitLedger is FEEC's Scope 1 & 2 emissions accounting software. Flare, vent, fugitive and energy sources are calculated gas by gas to the API Compendium and OGMP 2.0, with every number traceable to its meter reading.

Why FEEC Built It

Emissions Accuracy Is a Process Engineering Problem

Flared, vented and fugitive emissions are decided by the same gas compositions, meter reference conditions and depressuring behaviour that FEEC engineers work with on every facility, so EmitLedger keeps that detail instead of reducing each source to fuel × factor.

Flare, vent and blowdown physics

Methods use gas composition, combustion efficiency and depressuring behaviour, because that is how flare and blowdown studies are done.

Metering and reference conditions

Every meter carries its reference conditions and units. Standard and normal cubic metres are converted explicitly, never assumed.

Verification-ready records

Engineering deliverables are checked and issued under document control. EmitLedger keeps the same discipline for emissions, with provenance and an append-only audit log.

Help from the people who wrote the methods

Onboarding, managed inventories, verification support and emission-reduction studies are delivered by FEEC engineers, not a reseller.

The Platform

One Platform, From the Meter to the Verifier

A summary of each part of the web app. The full product tour, with illustrations of the real screens, is on emitledger.com.

Dashboards

See the portfolio, then drill down to the source.

Executive overview by country and asset, drill-down to system and equipment, and views for flaring and venting, methane, energy, data quality and targets, with data completeness shown next to every total.

Excel import

Keep Excel. Lose the errors.

Templates are generated from your source register. Uploads are checked for structure, units, ranges, compositions and month-on-month jumps, then previewed before anything is saved. Macros never run.

Governance

Periods that lock, changes that leave a trail.

Each asset and month moves from open to submitted, reviewed, approved and locked. Changing a locked month needs an approved restatement, every change lands in the audit log, and external verifiers get free read-only access.

Compliance packs

Rule checks for each programme you report under.

Switch packs on per asset, with presets suggested from the asset's country. Each pack runs its rule checks for the reporting year and shows pass, warning or fail with the reason.

Reports & exports

Reports built from locked, traceable numbers.

ISO 14064-1 inventory reports as PDF, GHG tables in Excel, a full calculation audit export for verifiers and regulatory pack exports, plus a full tenant export at any time.

Mobile field appRolling out

Readings and events captured where they happen.

Offline field entry for meter readings, flaring and blowdown events and LDAR findings, with photo and GPS, plus approvals and notifications on the move.

Regulations

Standards Always On. Regulations Switched On Per Asset.

Packs layer versioned rule checks on the base standards, with presets suggested from each asset's country.

FEEC Engineers

Engineers Behind the Software, When You Need Them

Every service is delivered by FEEC engineers and priced separately from the subscription.

Onboarding

Asset templates tailored to your facility, the source register built from your P&IDs and metering, and historic or base-year data loaded, so the first dashboard comes quickly.

Managed inventory service

Monthly data collection, QA against engineering sense checks, period approvals and reports, run by process engineers who understand the meters and the gas analyses.

Verification support

Evidence and calculation trails prepared for ISO 14064-3 and EU ETS verification, and answers to the verifier's technical questions.

Emission-reduction engineering studies

When the inventory shows where the tonnes are, FEEC studies how to remove them: flaring and venting reduction, fuel-gas use, compression and power changes, and brownfield modifications, with process simulation and a documented engineering basis.
