Engineering Approach

Multi-discipline detailed engineering was led through all issue stages, covering coarse and fine filtration, vacuum deaeration to less than 10 ppb dissolved oxygen, biocide and oxygen scavenger chemical injection, scale inhibitor dosing, and high-pressure injection pumping at 250 bara discharge pressure.

The fabrication contract was managed including technical bid evaluation, factory acceptance testing, and pre-commissioning documentation.

Offshore commissioning support was provided from mechanical completion through to sustained injection at the target reservoir pressure and flow rate.
